A) On the Product page, please click on „Add to Cart” to place the item into the cart. During the process of purchase you can always check the content of your cart.

B) To continue your purchase, go back to the opening page by clicking on the JUREKKA logo on the top middle and follow the instructions of point A.

C) While you have added all the requested items to your cart view its elements on the left sidebar or click on the little shopping bag icon on top right of the page. After clicking on  “View cart” button you can delete or amend the quantity of a given item(s) by using the plus and minus buttons. You can see the total amount to be paid at the checkout at the right button of this listing.

D) By clicking on „Chekout” button you can go further in the process and complete your order. Please give your billing address and complete all the compulsory fields on the left side of the page. You cab give an alternate shipping address by clicking on the little box before “Ship to a different address?” question. If you would like your order being delivered to your shipping address clear the little box in front of the very same question line. At the bottom of the page you can leave a message to our colleagues relating to your order. If all the compulsory fields are filled and you checked all information is correct select “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions *” box and click on “Proceed to PayPal” button to finalise your order.

E) Payment is secured via PayPal where you can either use your personal PayPal account or you can securely pay online with your VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card.

F) Following payment, at the end of your purchase return to your page by clicking on “Return to Jurekka Kft” line.

G) You will receive an automatic e-mail from the system. You order becomes valid by a confirmation e-mail from our customer service.

H) You will receive the electronic invoice issued to your name directly following the payment on PayPal via e-mail.

We deliver worldwide. Charges are covered by JUREKKA, so you can enjoy free shipping on all orders from our online store.

Payment is possible by credit or debit card via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. However, if you have a PayPal account, payment is possible directly from your account.

Your selected item will be despatched within three days once stocks are confirmed. We make all efforts to ensure all items being permanently kept is stock but in very rare cases it can happen that due to the high demand we run out of ready-to-be-shipped models. In such cases production of the item is normally completed within 10 working days, that means you will still receive the ordered item within a reasonable time. To avoid any inconveniences we always confirm availability and the expected date of delivery in our Despatch Confirmation e-mail that is sent by our customer service and makes your order valid.

The duration of delivery depends on the destination selected. Within Europe it takes approximately one week.

As soon as we hand your item to the courier, you will receive tracking information letting you know that your order is on its way. If your order was made more than 3 workings days ago and you have received no information about the delivery, contact us and we’ll be happy to give you an update on your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we try to turnaround your order in a timely manner, it might be difficult to catch the changes before your items are shipped. If you have a change, please contact, and we’ll see if we can help. If your order has already shipped, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Jurekka product, so you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed (no exceptions) items within 8 working days of the date of purchase.

Items must be returned in new condition. If you need to return an order, simply email and we will tell you the details about returning. If you recede from the purchase it can either be replaced for an item of equal or lesser value or the whole charge is reimbursed. However, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by Jurekka.

The guarantee period is 6 months for each of our products and it applies only when they are used according to their designation. Should you encounter any problem, send us a mail to, where you mark the date of purchase, the character of the flaw the product has, and we contact you afterwards.

We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor and partly due to the natural variations in the colour of the leather. Due to the tanning and manufacture process some colour transfer may occur and water spotting may happen if the bag is exposed to rain.

Your Jurekka bag, sleeve or mobile phone case is made from 100% genuine leather and is a hard wearing product that will last for many years if cared for in the correct way. We recommend that you take the following measures to get the most out of your piece:

  • Please avoid using your bag in heavy downpours. If the leather does get wet, please wipe off any water and allow it to dry naturally. Following this we would recommend that you apply a leather protection cream to help repel water and nourish the leather, however please remember to test any product on an unobtrusive section of your bag beforehand.

  • If left in direct sunlight there is a chance the colour of your satchel may change.

  • You may choose to care for your leather accessory as with other leather products using an appropriate protector. Please remember to test any product on an unobtrusive section of your bag beforehand.

  • Your bag will age over time, please don’t panic as this is normal as it is a natural product. Ordinary Vaseline works well on minor scuffs and abrasions to buff your bag.

  • Just like in the case leather shoes, while being out of use place the bag in its box and stuff it with creased paper or spitballs.
